Patricio “Pato” O’Ward Junco commonly known as Pato O’Ward is a Mexican professional auto racing driver.
He was born on 6 May 1999 in Monterrey.
Pato competes in the IndyCar series for Arrow McLaren SP. He won the Indy Lights championship in 2018.
Pato started his racing career in karting in 2005. He actively did that for 7 years and competed in several open-wheel racing. So far in his career, he has 3 wins, 11 podium appearances and 4 Poles.
Between 2013 and 2019, Pato has competed in events such as the Indy Lights, WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, Pro Mazda Good Championship, IMSA Mazda, Prototype Lites – L1, NACAM Formula 4 Championship, Pro Mazda Championship, French F4 Championship, Pacific Formula F2000, and Formula Renault 1.6 NEC.
