Just a few months ago, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz shockingly announced that they would be splitting from each other after 12 years together and 3 years of marriage.

They shared updates on their social media when moving out of their home, however it seems the house has still not sold, because the exes just lowered the selling price significantly.
